Courtney Potter is the Founder and CEO of the Thornton Area Chamber of Commerce, Colorado’s modern, community-driven business network. She launched the Chamber to create meaningful connections, strengthen local businesses, and build a thriving economy rooted in collaboration and leadership. Courtney holds an MBA and also brings years of hands-on experience in the trades as a licensed cosmetologist, giving her a unique perspective on both small business ownership and workforce realities in the community.
Orlando Martinez
Membership & Outreach Coordinator
As the Outreach and Growth Coordinator for the Thornton Area Chamber of Commerce, Orlando is passionate about bringing the community together and helping local businesses thrive. Having been a Chamber member himself and an active participant at countless events, he has seen firsthand how powerful networking and collaboration can be. Those experiences not only strengthened his connections but also built his confidence in the value of community engagement.
Orlando is now excited to use that experience to support Chamber members — helping each business explore the many ways the Thornton Area Chamber of Commerce can foster growth, connection, and success. Whether a business is looking to expand its network, get more involved, or discover new opportunities, he is dedicated to helping members make the most of their Chamber membership.
