Have questions before you join? Start here. These quick answers cover how tiers work, what’s included, how your listing goes live after approval and setup, member pricing at checkout, upgrades, and team access. How do I choose the right tier?
Pick based on your primary goal. If you want visibility, start with Promotional. If you want access and influence, choose an Investor level. Not sure? Schedule a discovery call and we’ll match you.

Are Investor levels separate from membership?
No. Investor levels include everything in Promotional plus added visibility, concierge support, and access.

What happens after I join?
You receive a welcome email, your Member Portal login, and a short onboarding call. We schedule your ribbon cutting, optimize your directory listing, and map quick wins.

How fast will my directory listing go live?
Your listing goes live as soon as your application is approved and you log in to set it up in the Member Portal. Add your logo, description, and keywords. Updates appear immediately. If you want, we can walk you through it on a quick call.

Do nonprofits get special pricing?
Yes. Nonprofit pricing is available on select tiers. See Compare Plans for details.

Can my team use the benefits too?
Yes. You can add staff users so your team can register at member rates, post jobs and events, and access member tools.

What if I want to upgrade later?
Easy. You can upgrade anytime. We’ll apply changes going forward and align your benefits immediately.

How do event discounts work for members?
When you are logged in, member pricing appears automatically at checkout. If you ever see the wrong price, contact us and we will fix it.

Do I have to be a member to sponsor an event?
Nonmembers can sponsor, but members receive preferred pricing, priority visibility, and added perks.

What is included for new members?
Directory listing, ribbon cutting and social welcome, member pricing, access to committees and leads groups, ability to post jobs and events, and advocacy updates.

What is the ROI Tracker and how do I use it?
It is a simple tool to log revenue, savings, time saved, and impressions from Chamber activity so you can see your return. Use our Google Sheets copy link or download the Excel version, then follow the 1-page Quick Start guide.

Can home-based and solo businesses join?
Absolutely. We have tools and introductions that are built for solos and startups.

Can I list multiple locations or business lines?
Yes. We can add location details and keywords so customers find the right services. Ask during onboarding.

How do I get help fast?
